Welcome to Kindergarten!

The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board looks forward to welcoming your child to our kindergarten classrooms!

Online Pre-Registration 

New this year! ALCDSB offers pre-registration online for all incoming kindergarten students. 

Pre-Registration Online Form

This application will take approximately 15 minutes. After you complete this form, you will still need to call your local Catholic school to complete registration and provide the following documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Taxation Information
  • Proof of Residency
  • Relevant custody documents
  • Relevant medical documents
