Report an Absence
The Safe Arrivals Program through SchoolMessenger allows families to quickly report their child's absence from school in three convenient ways:
1. Through the free SchoolMessenger app
This app is available for both iOS and Android devices and can be found in the App Store or Google Play Store by searching “SchoolMessenger”. Once downloaded on your device, sign into your SchoolMessenger account to acces the features. If you don't have an account yet, create one using the email address that your child's school has on record.
2. Through the SchoolMessenger website
A SchoolMessenger account is required to sign in to report an absence. If you don't have a SchoolMessenger account, create one using the email address that your child's school has on record.
3. By calling SchoolMessenger
SchoolMessenger has a toll-free automated phone system that families can call to report their child's absence. The number is 1-844-445-4383.
Absences can be reported 24 hours/day, 7 days a week for any school day in the school semester up to the cut-off time on the day of the absence.
