Just like our physical health, our mental health changes – we all have times when we don’t feel mentally well and these feelings, while typical and normal, can impact our ability to be our best self.

Identifying concerns early, and providing support, goes a long way. This resource was developed to provide parents and caregivers with ways to know if your child might be experiencing a mental health concern, and how to offer help.
