The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) is pleased to welcome local delegate representatives to J.J. O’Neill Catholic School to acknowledge and celebrate the breaking of ground at the school site, located at 240 Marilyn Avenue in Napanee.
In May 2024, the ALCDSB received approval to award the tender for the construction of a $22,613,998 addition to J.J. O’Neill Catholic School.
The addition to J.J. O’Neill Catholic School is a major addition that will accommodate:
This work is being completed on the current J.J. O’Neill Catholic School property and will consist of a major addition to the current building.
The architect for this project is Salter Pilon Architecture Inc. School construction will begin this summer under Bourgon Construction with a completion date to be finalized.
“This major addition will provide exciting opportunities for our elementary students in Napanee and area,” said David DeSantis, Director of Education. “Our Catholic school board is focused on providing innovative learning communities which will allow our students to reach their potential through faith and service.”
