June is Pride Month

By displaying the flag at the School Board office and having conversations, we communicate these ideals in solidarity, and acknowledge that all families are centered around love.

We are blessed beyond belief to have families, students and staff who identify as 2SLGBTQQIA in our schools and in our communities and acknowledge the importance of students and families seeing visual representations of the flag in our schools. We also acknowledge that we need to go beyond visuals and words to ensure that all members of our ALCDSB family know and feel that they are welcomed, loved and successful as they authentically are, made in the image and likeness of God.
