On Thursday, March
10 St. Michael Catholic School was filled with students and staff wearing PJs
to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Toronto. Together, the
school raised $3,000 to support Ronald McDonald House.
This fundraiser was
in honour of St. Michael grade 1 student, Marlow who has been fighiting cancer
for more than two years. Throughout the past two years, Marlow has spent much
of her time living with her parents at Ronald McDonald House in Toronto.
The fundraiser was spearheaded by Marlow's French teacher, Mrs. Hartnell.
