Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School Fish Fry Fundraiser

Holy Cross Jamaica Mission TeamThe Mission Team of Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School in Kingston is holding an "All-You-Can-Eat" Fish Fry Fundraiser in support of their 2016 Mission Trip to Kingston, Jamaica. 

Since 2004, students and staff from Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School have been travelling to Kingston, Jamaica to volunteer at schools, orphanages, homes for the elderly and other projects through St. Patrick's Foundation.  The members of the Mission Trip invite you to support their work in Jamaica by coming out to an "All-You-Can-Eat Fish-Fry"  on Friday, October 30th from 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at Holy Cross (1085 Woodbine Road in Kingston).  Mike Mundell's Surf & Turf Store of Kingston will be offering the main course with the salads, pastas, refreshments and desserts provided by the students, parents and staff from the trip.

 "This Mission Trip is very important to the students and community of Holy Cross", said Chris Forster, Chaplain.  "Our students learn about service, stewardship and community by putting Faith into Action by volunteering to help people living in poor communities around the globe".

 Tickets are $15.00 and are available from any of the Mission Trip participants or from the school chaplaincy office at (613) 384-1919 ext. 3436, and will be sold at the door on Friday.  Take out is available.
