In order for the programs to have the greatest impact for our students, we would ask that parents agree to have their child attend for the entire three weeks of the program. If for any reason a child or parent decides to withdraw from the program, parents are asked to inform their child's summer program teacher, so that spot can be designated to another child.
Parent(s)/guardian(s) are responsible for providing their children with lunches, snacks, drinks and sunscreen throughout the duration of our programs.
Please note that transportation to and from any our programs is not available. All programs are subject to enrollment. Parent(s) and guardian(s) will be advised via email by June 19th if a site is unable to accommodate a program due to low enrollment. If this is the case the principal of summer school will attempt to make another site available, so that your child may be able to participate at another school in your region.
